Task Manager
l Create a new task
1. Run program and the Task Manager Dialog displays. Click ¡°New¡± to create a new task.
2. Enter a task name, such as Test. Click ¡°OK¡±.
A task Property dialog displays.
Monitored Directory ¨CThis is a local directory. Files you want to synchronize should be
under it. Click 
to
select a directory.
Background running when system starts ¨C If you select this option, then every time you turn on your compute, the task runs automatically. You need not log on the computer.

Auto monitor at startup- As soon as the program is running, the monitor is on.
Search changed files at startup- Some files are created before the program runs and the monitor can not detect them, so need to search them. If this option is checked, the program will automatically search the changed files and add to the upload queue.
Watch subdirectories- By default, this is a selected option. It means that all files under the monitored directory or its subdirectories are needed to be synchronized.
Add/Modify Files- This is one of the monitor actions. When a new file under the monitored directory is created or modified, the monitor will detect this change in no time and handle it.
Rename Files- Monitor the change of renaming files.
Delete Files- Monitor the change of deleting files.
Always Overwrite- If a file exists on the ftp server, always overwrite it. If this option is not selected, the program will compare the local file time with the FTP server¡¯s file time and determine whether to upload it. Note that if you do not check this option, you had better kept the sever time the same as the local time in order to making upload correctly. If the local file time is older than the server¡¯s, the file will not be uploaded.
Backup a file before overwrite it- Before overwrite an existent ftp file, rename it with the extension of .msync.
Extension Filters ¨C What kinds of files you want to upload. If you only upload the HTML files, you can type ¡°*.htm;*.html¡± in the Inclusion text field.
FTP Server Config ¨C Click 
to
add a new FTP Server. Name and Host are needed. If the FTP Server is behind a
firewall, you may have to check ¡°Use PASV mode¡± option.
l Modify an existent task
On Task Manager Dialog, select a task in
task listbox and click 
to modify it. Refer to Create a Task to get

l Delete an existent task
On Task Manager Dialog, select a task in
task list box and click
